Requirement:
- 15+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or delivery management role, preferably on Jira or Atlassian platforms.
- Strong process mapping and requirements documentation skills.
- Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops across cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Jira configuration and project management concepts, with the ability to translate business needs into platform requirements.
- Agile delivery experience, preferably Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong written communication skills, including migration plans, UAT documents, and training content.
- Experience managing vendor or partner delivery relationships is advantageous.
