Payrate: $42.70- $42.70/hr.
 
Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quotations using templates and pricing structures
• Analyze customer requirements and specifications to determine products and pricing
• Collaborate with sales teams to gather necessary information for Quote preparation
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, macros) to perform complex calculations and analyze data
• Create and update opportunities, products, price books, and quotes within Salesforce
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all quoted materials
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding quote status updates

 
Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with Microsoft Excel at an expert level; proficiency in VBA programming preferred but not mandatory
• Strong understanding of Salesforce features, including opportunity management, product catalogs, and quote generation tools
• Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality output
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing

• Advanced Excel Skills: Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Macros/VBA scripting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook)
• Time management capabilities

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $42.70 - $42.70 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
