Required Qualifications
8+ years of Business Analyst experience within Data Management, Analytics, or Data Governance environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
Strong experience with Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog (EDC).
Expertise in Data Governance, Metadata Management, Data Lineage, and Data Quality frameworks.
Advanced SQL Server skills, including query development, performance tuning, and data validation.
Strong Power BI experience including dashboard development, data modeling, and DAX.
Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, data dictionaries, data mapping documents, and UAT documentation.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
