The ideal candidate will work closely with the Product team and the Wealth Management Marketing team to support the Offer Engine platform and operations, which enables enrollment, tracking and fulfillment of client incentives and promotions, delivered across multiple channels. The role will assist the VP of Marketing Operations with gathering requirements, maintaining documentation, testing, and preparing reports to ensure accurate and effective offer delivery. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, product operations, exposure to agile project delivery and cross-functional collaboration within a large financial institution.

Key Responsibilities/ What You'll Do in The Role

  • Configure new promotions, conduct testing and monitor active offer engagement
  • Support the Product Team in gathering and documenting business requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate testing and preparing/reviewing reports across multiple offers.
  • Maintain and update offer alerts across all product promotions
  • Prepare and organize documentation, including business requirements, user stories, test cases, and training materials.
  • Coordinate with technology, marketing, and business partners to track project progress and testing outcomes.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate offer functionality and accuracy prior to release.
  • Assist and monitor customer inquiries involving Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Update and maintain project dashboards, reports, and presentation materials for tracking progress and key metrics.
  • Support ongoing releases by coordinating with technology teams to ensure timely and successful deployment of updates and new functionalities. Monitor performance and address any issues that arise post-launch.
  • Support requirement-gathering activities by documenting business needs from internal stakeholders.
  • Provide support as needed for audits and general inquiries
  • Stay updated on best practices, tools, and trends in digital communications and marketing technology.
  • Contribute to project planning, release readiness, and business sign-off processes

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in technology, digital marketing, product management, or marketing operations.
  • Bachelor's degree in technology, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Experience in with SQL, JavaScript, XML, HTML.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with Jira or Confluence is a plus.
  • Experience in financial services or other regulated industry
  • Eagerness to learn digital communication processes and tools within a large, regulated organization.

NJ - Salary range for the position: 85,000 - 140,000 Yr. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus.
