Product Analyst

Pay Rate: $54.00 Per Hour W2
Duration: Contract to 12/31/2026 with possible extension/ conversion
Location: 100% REMOTE
Business Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM local time, with some flexibility

Job Description:

  • Support product discovery and planning by contributing research, analysis, and insights that inform product vision, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to customer and business needs.
  • Partner with a product manager on early-stage discovery, owning analytics and AI-assisted prototyping to rapidly test hypotheses and evaluate solutions ahead of engineering investment.
  • Help translate complex problems into clear, well-documented product requirements, user stories, and exploratory concepts that support team alignment and decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with design and engineering partners to refine ideas, clarify requirements, and support the transition from validated concepts to build-ready solutions.
  • Support the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and post-launch evaluation, helping track progress, document learnings, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Contribute to understanding customer needs by synthesizing market research, usability findings, support data, and stakeholder feedback into actionable insights.
  • Define and track success metrics with guidance, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate performance and inform prioritization and iteration.
  • Help assess trade-offs across scope, timelines, and customer impact, escalating risks and dependencies and supporting data-informed decision-making.
  • Prepare product updates, insights, and artifacts for stakeholders and leadership, using clear documentation, data summaries, and visuals.
Top Skills Required:
  • Experience working within both Business and Engineering environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and drive accountability
Deal Breakers:
  • Lack of accountability. Accountability is a critical component of success in this role.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Training Availability:
  • This role is not considered trainable. The selected candidate must possess prior knowledge and experience relevant to the position and be able to contribute immediately.
Systems Experience:
  • Experience with JIRA or similar standard project management and workflow systems preferred.
Interview Process:
  • One round interview with the hiring manager and panel via Zoom (webcam required).
