    Description

    Analyzes non-IT business problems and articulates requirements to support process improvement opportunities. Creates framework for assessing financial payback. Identifies alternative solutions and makes recommendation. Prepares documentation of current and desired state. Develops requirements and builds a common understanding between process owners and solution developers. Role demands ability to assess process performance, strong written and verbal communication skills, and experience in preparing ROI statements for proposed investments.

    Explain what the scope of the work/project is? Project Overview, deliverables (what is this person
    responsible for).
    The contractor(s) will provide subject matter expertise for SAP S/4HANA, specifically within the FICA
    module. Responsibilities include reviewing and providing recommendations on key design artifacts,
    technical artifacts, and business process designs; supporting configuration of billing and invoicing processes;
    and helping standardize and redesign processes as part of a Greenfield SAP implementation.

    1. What are the top 3-5 skills and qualifications (technology/application/software, etc.) required?
    SAP S/4HANA experience (required)
    SAP FICA expertise (required)
    Utility industry experience (required)
    Experience supporting at least two SAP implementations (Greenfield and/or Brownfield)
    Billing and invoicing process configuration experience in SAP
    Candidates should have deep implementation experience rather than primarily sustainment/support experience.
    2. What non-technical skills are necessary (i.e., such as communication, problem solving, team player)?
    Strong collaboration skills

    Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment
    Ability to work across multiple cross-functional teams
    Effective communication with business stakeholders and implementation partners
    Ability to operate across multiple workstreams simultaneously
    3. Ideal candidate background and how many years required?
    10+ years of relevant SAP implementation experience
    At least two SAP implementation projects completed
    Strong SAP FICA specialization
    Utility industry background
    Experience working on transformation initiatives and Greenfield implementations
    4. Are there any specific companies you like to see on a candidate's resume?

    Preferred certifications include:
    SAP Activate Certification
    SAP FICA certifications
    Other SAP module certifications
    6. Are there any preferred or "nice to have" skills?
    ABAP development experience

    Experience working both client-side and with system integrators
