Job title: Senior Data Analyst (SQL / SAS / Snowflake), Banking
Plano, TX, onsite 4 days a week (preferred). Remote
What you'll do- Pull and analyze call volume, complaint and digital activity data
- Find the root cause, including what members did online before they called
- Build KPI and metrics reporting, and set baselines and alert thresholds
- Write clear summaries for executives
Required- Senior-level analytics experience: 8–10 years preferred, 4–5 years considered with strong examples
- Strong SQL
- SAS
- Snowflake
- Experience turning complex problems into a data story
- KPI and metrics reporting, including baselines and alert thresholds
- Experience writing executive summaries
- Payments or bill-pay knowledge
Nice to have- Large bank or fintech experience
- Credit experience
- AI tools for generating reports
- Tableau
