This is a contract position where you will be responsible for developing functional specifications and supporting users in refining work processes. 
You will work under the guidance of a team leader, utilizing generic technology tools to resolve system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed functional specifications, including data models and process flow diagrams.
Document system architecture and operational requirements.
Oversee acceptance testing and develop user guides.
Provide user training and support in the development of work processes.
Research and resolve problems associated with system transactions or processing.

Qualifications
Experience in developing functional specifications and process flow diagrams.
Ability to document system architecture and operational requirements.
Experience in overseeing acceptance testing and developing user guides.
Proficiency in providing user training and support.
Strong problem-solving skills related to system transactions or processing.
