ROLE_DESCRIPTION -
Role Summary
The Business Analyst acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring business needs are understood, analyzed, documented, and translated into actionable requirements and delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering, process discovery, and stakeholder workshops.
- Document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Create current-state and future-state process flows.
- Identify process gaps, controls, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Support solution design reviews and validation activities.
- Coordinate SIT/UAT activities and business sign-offs.
- Work closely with business, technology, operations, and vendor partners.
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within banking or financial services.
- Experience supporting transformation, migration, regulatory, or platform modernization initiatives.
- Strong process modeling, requirements management, and stakeholder facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with lending, deposits, payments, KYC/AML, data migration, or core banking operations.
- Experience with Visio, Excel, Jira, Azure DevOps, and requirements management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Requirements are complete, traceable, and well understood by delivery teams.
- Reduced rework through effective analysis and stakeholder alignment.
- High-quality process documentation and business readiness support.
- Timely support for testing, validation, and implementation activities.
