We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Documentation & Communication
- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, and Use Cases.
- Communicate requirements clearly to development and QA teams.
- Solution Design & Support
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Testing & Validation
- Assist in creating test plans and validating solutions against requirements.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams.
- Conduct workshops, presentations, and status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (senior roles may require 8+ years).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Office, Visio; familiarity with SQL and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in [insert domain: e.g., Finance, Healthcare, IT Services].
- Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA.
