Join a collaborative healthcare technology environment as a Business Analyst, serving as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the HRTS development team. This role supports enhancements, maintenance, and integrations for the Hospital Reporting Tracking System (HRTS), including coordination of US SAFR implementation with hospitals and business partners.
Business Unit Analyst Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
Translate operational needs into actionable user stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to define business needs and prioritize system enhancements.
Partner with developers, testers, and project managers throughout solution design and implementation.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate completed functionality.
Support US SAFR implementation and integration between hospitals and HRTS.
Document business processes, workflows, system changes, risks, and dependencies.
Provide production support, issue analysis, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Business Unit Analyst Qualifications
Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools.
Business Unit Analyst Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare information systems, hospital workflows, or health IT integrations.
Familiarity with UAT, system implementation, health IT integration, data exchanges, and process improvement.
Business Unit Analyst Location Requirements
Candidates must be Tennessee residents. All new contractors must establish Tennessee residency before their start date. This is a Hybrid position based in Nashville, TN.
