We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) program. This individual will lead complex business analysis and architecture efforts across multiple program areas, including business capability assessments, business process modeling and improvement, enterprise-wide initiatives, governance, and organizational change management.

Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in each of the following areas:
Business models, business capabilities, and roadmaps
Defining strategies, principles, and standards for business architecture
Deploying enterprise-wide business and IT initiatives
Business process re-engineering and organizational change management

Experience with Medicaid or Health & Human Services programs, MITA, CMS certification, business process modeling, governance, and APD/OAPD development is highly preferred. Candidates should be comfortable facilitating cross-functional stakeholder sessions, documenting complex processes, supporting enterprise architecture initiatives, and presenting work to senior-level stakeholders.

Location: Remote within the continental United States
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Pacific Time
