Business Analyst

3+ years working within a banking, financial services, credit union, lending, payments, or fintech environment. PDS is looking for two business analysts: 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.

PDS is looking for two business analysts:
 

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience.
• 3+ years working within a banking, financial services, credit union, lending, payments, or fintech environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• Strong experience facilitating stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops.
• Experience translating business needs into detailed functional requirements.
• Solid understanding of application development methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum teams.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
