Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Partner with business unit stakeholders and designated personnel to elicit, define, and document business and end‑user requirements.
• Develop a strong understanding of the relevant business domain and subject matter to ensure requirements are accurate, complete, and actionable.

AI Intake & Portfolio Management

• Manage assigned Generative AI intake requests from initial submission through assessment, approval, onboarding, and eventual disposition or decommissioning.
• Track intake progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure timely and accurate progression through the intake lifecycle.
• Maintain end‑to‑end ownership of intake cases and drive efficient movement across all required review and approval stages.
• Act as the primary point of contact for AI consumers, product teams, and business stakeholders throughout the intake process.
• Provide clear guidance on intake requirements, required documentation, review sequencing, and approval criteria.
• Respond to inquiries and offer consultative support related to Generative AI onboarding, governance standards, and lifecycle management expectations.

• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated capability to build rapport and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
