process mapping and reengineering.
Business Analyst/Consultant capabilities with 8 or more years of experience in the field or in a
related area. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Independently,
performs a variety of complicated tasks. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Utilizes experience with Wisconsin child support applications including wiKIDS, KIDS, Child
Support Online Services and Control-D. Uses the Robohelp tool to create complex online screen
level help for users. Works in cross-departmental and cross-division teams to execute and
implemented system enhancements. Creates user stories in Team Foundation Server related to
enhancing existing interface with the state court system and enhancing other systems such as
child Support Online Services.
