Roles & Responsibilities

• Product-side BA working with loyalty business teams, loyalty platform vendors, and engineering, QA, and IT teams to define and deliver loyalty features.
• Gather business requirements and write user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Manage day-to-day coordination with loyalty platform vendors.
• Work with engineering on solution clarity and with QA on test scenarios and UAT.
• Support backlog prioritization and release planning with the Product Owner.

Generic Managerial Skills, If any

• Agile experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Salary Range-$110,000-$130,000 a year
