Business Analyst Level II

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (Candidate will NOT be selected if they do not meet all of these) :

Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Business Analyst
Minimum six (6) months to two (2) years experience working in an Integrated Eligibility System Program in various workstreams in a Health and Human Service setting. 
 

Desirable Qualifications:

Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting and validating system requirements across multiple agencies, including working on a modernization work extracting and documenting legacy system logic and business rules with a focus on the Human Service domain.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience conducting business process analysis and optimization, documenting As-Is and proposing To-Be web-based client facing applications.
Between four (4) and seven (7) years of creating requirements documentation (process flows, user stories, wireframes, specifications) while adhering to pre-established templates within a requirement management tools like Blueprint.
