A successful candidate will possess SAP S/4HANA and FICA knowledge, with experience supporting end-to-end business processes, system enhancements, and testing initiatives within complex enterprise environments.
They should be skilled in leading System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation activities while partnering with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
The ideal candidate can analyze system impacts, validate FICA-related processes, identify risks, manage defects, and drive issue resolution.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, project coordination, and data validation skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to quality assurance and continuous improvement.
