    Supply Chain Specialist, Sr - Nuc Technical Services
    Position Summary
    The Supply Chain Analyst provides procurement, operational, and administrative support for Nuclear Circuit Card Laboratory (CCL) and Reverse Engineering (RE) programs. This role is responsible for production reporting, cost savings tracking, procurement coordination, work scheduling, vendor engagement, and management of purchasing activities that support repair and reverse engineering initiatives. The position serves as a critical link between engineering, operations, supply chain, and external suppliers to ensure efficient execution of technical services work.
    Key Responsibilities
    Reporting & Performance Tracking
    • Maintain and distribute production reports for CCL and Reverse Engineering activities.
    • Calculate, track, and report cost savings generated through repair and reverse engineering initiatives.
    • Compile and maintain operational metrics, performance data, and management reports.
    Procurement & Supply Chain Management
    • Create and process Material Requisitions (MRs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Shopping Carts, Purchase Orders (POs), and related procurement documentation.
    • Utilize SAP, NAMS, GEP SMART, and other business systems to support purchasing activities.
    • Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and services required to support repair and reverse engineering projects.
    • Manage reorders and procurement requirements for recurring products and services.
    • Track procurement activities and ensure timely delivery of materials and vendor services.
    Work Coordination & Communications
    • Manage and respond to inquiries received through shared departmental mailboxes.
    • Coordinate and schedule repair activities and reverse engineering projects.
    • Interface with internal customers, engineering personnel, procurement organizations, and external vendors to support project execution.
    • Maintain project status information and communicate updates to stakeholders.
    Opportunity Identification & Project Support
    • Monitor maintenance, procurement, and operational activities to identify potential reverse engineering and repair opportunities.
    • Initiate procurement requests and coordinate sourcing activities for identified projects.
    • Support technical teams by ensuring materials, services, and resources are available to meet project schedules.
    • Assist with project tracking and administrative coordination activities.

    Qualifications
    • Experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain operations, or technical project support.
    • Working knowledge of SAP, GEP SMART, NAMS, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
