Junior Business Analyst | Hybrid Opportunity
Were looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join a collaborative and customer-focused team environment. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in analytics and customer service who enjoy problem-solving, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting business improvement initiatives.
What Youll Do:
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
Analyze current business processes and workflows
Support development of functional and technical specifications
Participate in meetings and workshops to provide project updates
Identify and document project risks and issues
Assist with system testing and implementation activities
Prepare training materials and user documentation
Provide post-implementation support to end users
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on customer-focused projects
What You Bring:
15 years of experience in analytics and customer service
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Confidence interacting directly with customers and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting customer relations or process improvement initiatives
Previous utility or energy industry experience is a plus
Pay Details: $28.00 to $30.00 per hour
