1.Demonstrated expertise in FGPP issue and case analysis, including triage, issue recreation, trace analysis, and effective use of database and GUI tools.
2.Strong FGPP business and functional domain knowledge gained through real-world delivery experience.
3.Proven hands-on experience with FGPP configuration, including Profiles and Rules management.
4.Customer-facing leadership experience, particularly in driving technical discussions and stakeholder engagements.
5.Recent and relevant FGPP experience within the last three years, specifically on FGPP 3.x implementations or support engagements.
