Position Overview:

Theoris Services is assisting our client in their search for a professional to support Large Load Addition Resource Study (LARS) processes. This individual will plan, coordinate, and oversee LARS cycles while working with internal staff and external stakeholders, including Transmission Owners, Interconnection Customers, and neighboring entities. The role will address process-related questions and issues in a timely manner, collaborate with team members to implement process efficiencies, and ensure compliance with the company’s Tariff and Business Practice Manuals.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous energy industry experience

• Familiarity with ISO/RTO functions

• Experience with cross-functional teamwork

• Strong customer experience (CX) focus

• Effective communication skills

• Project management and engineering knowledge

• Strong time management skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Familiarity with email, operating systems, and virtual conferencing platforms, including Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee Large Load Addition Resource Study (LARS) cycles.

• Coordinate with company staff and stakeholders, including Transmission Owners, Interconnection Customers, and neighboring entities, to address LARS process-related questions and issues in a timely manner.

• Work with team members to develop and implement process efficiencies.

• Ensure process compliance with the company’s Tariff and Business Practice Manuals.
