Business Analyst with strong requirements-gathering and data analysis skills to support healthcare-related business and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with
ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) and data mapping, and will be comfortable working across business and technical teams.
Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testing teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.
- Support initiatives involving ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System) processes, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform data mapping between source and target systems, including field-level mapping, data definitions, and transformation requirements.
- Analyze business processes and system functionality to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Support testing activities, including requirements validation, defect clarification, and user acceptance testing.
- Maintain business requirements documents, process flows, data mapping documentation, and related project artifacts.
Required Qualifications- Strong Business Analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience with ITS (Inter-Plan Teleprocessing System).
- Strong data mapping experience.
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders in enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior healthcare or health insurance experience.
- Experience supporting payer, claims, enrollment, eligibility, or related healthcare systems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery environments and cross-functional project teams.
