"Key Responsibilities Leadership & Requirements Management
- Lead business analysis efforts for large BI projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications. Analysis & Quality Assurance
- Perform detailed data validation and support ETL/data model design reviews.
- Develop UAT plans, coordinate testing, and verify BI deliverables meet requirements.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and reporting standards. Collaboration & Mentorship
- Partner with BI developers, data engineers, and project managers to ensure delivery alignment.
- Mentor junior and mid-level BSAs, providing feedback and process guidance.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
