Job Title: Business Analyst (Internal SaaS Product Team)
Location: Milwaukee, WI
Contract Length: 6 Months contract to hire / extend
Work Type:3- 5 days a week onsite to Milwaukee, WI
Job Description:
What They Will Do
- Support internally developed SaaS products that are sold to customers.
- Work directly with business stakeholders, development teams, and executive leadership (including business presidents).
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable development work.
- Create process maps and documentation.
- Help standardize and document processes as teams rapidly scale.
- Projects can vary widely, including:
- Customer-facing applications
- Internal business systems
- Compliance initiatives (SOC 2, security processes, etc.)
Must-Have Experience
- Strong Business Analysis background.
- Requirements gathering and documentation.
- Process mapping.
- Gap analysis.
- Experience supporting sales or service-related business functions.
Ideal Backgrounds
- CRM implementations/support.
- Sales enablement platforms.
- Service management systems.
- Field service applications.
- Mobile technician applications.
