Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience creating and administering surveys and data reports using platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, or Alchemer
• 2+ years of experience with Power BI (PBI) or Tableau data visualization tools
• 2+ years of experience using Pivot Tables in Excel
• Bachelor s Degree (field of study open, degree must be complete and verifiable)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL or similar data-extraction methods

Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.***
