DTS is looking for experienced Business Analyst (Infra) for our client project in Pontiac, MI

Job Description:
Business Analyst
- Business Systems Analyst on projects across Infrastructure Services, including Networking, Server, Workstation Services, O365, VoIP Telecommunications and Service Center teams. 
- Candidate must be a self-starter who takes ownership and responsibility of project assignments. 
- BSA will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the project, and to ensure that deliverables are met according to specifications. 
- BSA duties will also include data analysis, designing solutions and writing up technical requirements, testing and implementing technology solutions.
- Conducting research, creating procedures to improve the existing systems, providing training and support to users,
- Writing Request for Proposals and Contract Scope of Deliverables. 

 
**** Mandatory Skills & Experience **** 
 • Experience with ServiceNow integrations (Asset Management, Inventory Management, CMDB discovery, Webex) 
• Telecommunications Expense Management experience a plus 
• MUST HAVE strong experience using M365 Productivity Suite 
• MUST HAVE data analytics experience 
• Experience with Contracts and Request for Proposals a plus
