Job Description Key Responsibilities
Business Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping- Facilitate meetings with business and technical teams to understand operational processes
- Document current and future state workflows, process maps, and system interactions
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Create detailed documentation including workflow diagrams, SOPs, and process narratives
System Integration & Data Flow Analysis- Analyze and document system integrations and data flows between enterprise applications
- Identify dependencies, integration points, and system interactions
- Work with technical teams to understand APIs and data exchange mechanisms
- Assess risks and gaps related to integrations
Requirements Gathering & Documentation- Gather and document business and functional requirements
- Develop BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and traceability matrices
- Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation for development teams
PMO Support- Assist project managers with tracking tasks, deliverables, and documentation
- Support multiple concurrent IT projects and PMO activities
Stakeholder Engagement- Collaborate with business units, technical teams, and leadership
- Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment on requirements and project goals
Testing & Implementation Support- Assist in test planning, test case development, and UAT activities
- Validate system functionality against business requirements
- Support implementation readiness and deployment activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting IT or enterprise systems
- 5+ years of experience analyzing system integrations and data flows
- 5+ years of experience gathering and documenting business/functional requirements
- 5+ years of experience facilitating stakeholder meetings and workshops
- Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise data exchange
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting a Project Management Office (PMO)
- Experience with enterprise system implementations or modernization initiatives
- Proficiency with process modeling tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
