Job Description:
Vendor Management and Third-Party Governance:
- Oversee the Legal vendor portfolio, including insurers, administrators, and third-party service providers.
- Assist Benefits Third Party Engagement Managers (TPEMs) in fulfilling their responsibilities under the Third-Party Program.
- Maintain accurate vendor inventories, records, and documentation.
- Monitor and escalate vendor-related risks, issues, and service concerns through established governance routes.
- Procurement Contract Lifecycle Coordination
- Serve as the primary Legal coordination point with Procurement.
- Support legal vendor activities such as onboarding, renewals, amendments, and exits.
- Track and coordinate contract execution, ensuring contracts are current and aligned with approved scopes of service.
- Ensure compliance with procurement processes, timelines, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinate GIS activities related to legal vendors
- Support the completion of vendor security and technology risk assessments
- Track and coordinate remediation actions from Third-Party assessments
Required Skills:
- Experience in vendor management, procurement coordination, governance, or operational risk, preferably within HR, Benefits, or a regulated environment.
- Understanding of contract lifecycle management and third-party governance processes.
- Experience working in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and risk awareness.
- Desirable experience in a Third-Party Engagement / TPEM framework.
- Exposure to information security or technology risk coordination.
