Length of Assignment: 9 months –possibility to extend based on performance/position need
Pay range: $37.73 - 41.93/hr on w2 (all inclusive)

Assist with process mapping, new documentation of procedures
Provide Support.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Work
SharePoint experience a plus
Worked at client before a plus in the Power Delivery or Transmissions department
Onsite in Jackson, MS

- Lead business analysis efforts for projects and initiatives
- Analyze complex data sets and business processes
- Develop recommendations to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and requirement-gathering sessions
- Create detailed reports, presentations, and business cases
- Mentor junior analysts and review their work
Qualifications:
- 4–7+ years of experience
- Strong analytical, presentation, and business acumen
