Akkodis is seeking a Business Analyst III for a Contract with a client in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will drive critical financial analysis and capital planning initiatives to support informed business decisions and operational performance.
Rate Range: $55/Hour to $58/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Business Analyst III Responsibilities include:
Analyze financial and operational data to support capital planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models, variance analyses, and reporting tools to evaluate project costs, resource allocation, and investment opportunities.
Partner with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and Regulatory teams to support rate case filings, capital expenditure planning, and financial reporting requirements.
Utilize SAP and other financial systems to extract, validate, and analyze data while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Prepare management reports, budget reviews, cost studies, and ad hoc analyses to provide actionable insights and performance metrics.
Lead or participate in cross-functional initiatives, audits, and process improvement efforts while supporting compliance and operational objectives.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, engineering, or operational analysis.
Proven experience using SAP, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning tools.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to support regulatory filings, rate cases, and cross-functional business initiatives.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $58.00 per hour
