Pay Range: $55 /hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with high-performing teams to deliver cutting-edge features across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Create scope, high-level requirements, and detailed user stories for development and QA teams.
- Manage story backlog to ensure sprint readiness and iterative value delivery.
- Facilitate agile rituals and collaborate with UX analysts to align prototypes with story intent.
- Analyze data to maximize business value and update leadership through regular presentations.
- Identify opportunities for improvement across product, process, and team performance.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- Digital knowledge and experience.
- Knowledge or experience in the airline industry.
- Analytical skills.
- 3-4 years of experience in Ecommerce.
- 1-2 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to write user stories.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Working knowledge of agile concepts (user stories, sprints, acceptance criteria).
