    Support Program Manager, SMS in oversight of company's Hazard Reporting Program by processing reports and assigning to investigators as needed, tracking and presenting data/trends to Corporate SMS leadership.     Description



    Support divisional and cross-divisional Safety Risk Management (SRM) activity to ensure all elements are addressed and doumented in accordance with company SMS policy
    Lead cross-divisional SRM as needed
    Develop, implement and maintain a system to track SRM activity across the company to ensure quality and timeliness of SRM activity as key part of effective risk and change management
    Collect, analyze, and present cross-divisional SMS data/trends to SMS leadership
    Partner with the Program Manager, SMS and the Manager, Safety Assurance to develop and maintain a Corporate SMS dashboard to monitor the health of SMS
    Maintain reporting & presentation materials, including but not limited to MPR, SRT, ISRT
    Provide support and training associated with RiskNet
    Maintain Corporate SMS Safety Promotion media, including but not limited to the SMS Portal, and ensure all information and links remain current
    Collaborate with the Program Manager, SMS to develop, implement, and maintain a system for coordinating and tracking all revisions to the comany SMS Manual (DSMS) and corporate and divisional SMS SOPs
    Support Program Manager, SMS in oversight of company's Hazard Reporting Program by processing reports and assigning to investigators as needed, tracking and presenting data/trends to Corporate SMS leadership
    Create and update SMS and ASAP SOPs as necessary
    Practice safey concious behaviors in all aspects of operational processes and procedures

    Quals--
    Sound knowledge of safety management principles and practices are required
    Strong analytical skills are required
    Previous experience in a safety-related field is required
    Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in aviation management, aviation safety or related field
    Broad airline operational knowledge
    Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to create and deliver professional presentations to large audiences including leadership
    Must possess a strong command for company's core values of honesty, integrity, respect, perseverance, and servant leadership
    Must be able to work successfully across business units
    Familiarity with Federal Aviation Regulations, specifically 14 CFR 5, (SMS)
    Accuracy and thoroughness in performing work assignments
    Able to manage project execution and follow up, monitor, and manage information, balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and objectives
