Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst II to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into technical solutions. This role involves gathering and interpreting business requirements, creating detailed documentation, and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance (EQA). The candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and interpret business requirements into technical specifications.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive reports and documentation to support project objectives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technological advancements and industry trends.
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-to-end quality assurance (EQA).

• Proven experience in a technical support or analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Jira/Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Experience in technical support or analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with data interpretation and reporting.
• Knowledge of systems and network configurations.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Interview Process: Candidates can expect 2-3 interviews conducted via video, either one-on-one or in a panel format. The process will include situational and technical validations, and candidates should be prepared to provide examples from their experience.

Pay Range: $38 - $40

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
