The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. This role will gather and document requirements, evaluate system and workflow efficiencies, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement effective solutions. In addition, this position will partner with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology and operational capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to uncover actionable insights that inform strategic choices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, user testing, and other methodologies to identify user needs and translate them into clear and concise technical specifications.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders, developers, system architects, and subject matter experts to ensure IT solutions align seamlessly with business objectives.
  • Define project scope, identify key stakeholders, prioritize requirements, and collaborate with project sponsors to establish a clear vision and measurable goals.
  • Proactively identify emerging technologies in collaboration with IT to optimize business processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, use case documentation, and project management.
  • In-depth understanding of various testing methodologies (experience with SDLC methodologies a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong sense of ownership, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to thrive within a collaborative team environment.
  • Adept at translating technical information into language easily understood by non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
