Target Compensation: $70,000-$75,000

- Maintain compensation schedules and support budget planning models
- Administer business systems, user permissions, and integrations
- Develop financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses
- Reconcile operational and financial datasets across multiple platforms
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
Qualifications for the Business Systems & Data Analyst:
- 2-4 years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or systems administration
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and reporting experience
- Experience with ERP, HRIS, payroll, or accounting systems
- Strong analytical and data management capabilities
