Position Overview
The Business Analyst in the Information Technology department, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, is responsible for the coordination, management, testing and development of ancillary applications and secondary support of the College's Enterprise Applications. The IT Business Analyst will be working with the other IT Business Analysts and Enterprise Applications developers to gather requirements, manage projects, coordinate testing, and validate data. The IT Business Analyst will work with the College's Functional Areas to recommend and support business process needs and improvements.
This role is full-time, and will be required to be on campus a minimum of 3 days a week with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days a week, as agreed upon with the Reporting Manager.

Key Responsibilities
60% of Time: Workday ERP and SIS Support
Assist in managing Workday-related projects and enhancement request.
Support configuration of Workday business processes, integrations, condition rules, and validation criteria.
Troubleshoots and resolves complex development, testing, and production issues.
Create and maintain documentation for requirements gathering, business processes, integrations, procedures, and system configuration.
20% of Time: Project Management

In compliance with Massachusetts pay transparency law, the annual base salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000. Endicott College considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, relevant work experience, education, specialized skills, internal equity, and external market data when extending an offer. The final salary is determined by the Human Resources Office based on these factors. This range reflects base salary only and does not include benefits or other compensation.
