Job Description: Seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Functional Analyst to support enterprise application operations, business solution initiatives, and Integrated Eligibility Systems in a government technology environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, workflow documentation, testing coordination, stakeholder communication, and enterprise application support. This role requires collaborating with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, document, and validate functional and business requirements, support testing activities, coordinate production implementations, facilitate meetings, and ensure enterprise technology solutions align with operational and strategic objectives. Experience supporting Integrated Eligibility Systems such as SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, Okta, and SimplyGov is highly preferred.
