Act as a TechnoFunctional Business Analyst for Fraud Protection initiatives
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to fraud detection and fraud review
Support evaluation and recommendation of enterprise fraud protection tools
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
Analyze payment and fraud review flows including accept/reject decisioning
Participate in architecture and solution discussions
Support stakeholder walkthroughs and presentations
Required Skills & Competencies-
