Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Folsom, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Experience: 5+ years | Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
Role Summary:
Analyze demand forecasts, DDQs, supply constraints, and risk signals to identify critical demand and support executive escalation decisions. Develop AI-driven insights, quantify supply-demand gaps, recommend allocation trade-offs, and track escalations through closure.
Key Requirements:
5+ years in demand/supply planning, business operations, or analytics.
Strong data analysis, forecasting, scenario modeling, and decision-support skills.
Experience identifying demand risks, analyzing supply constraints, and recommending allocation priorities.
Ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
Experience managing escalation trackers, action items, deadlines, and stakeholder communications.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Business Units, Planning, and Supply Chain teams.
Proficiency in analytical tools, modeling, and planning systems.
Preferred: Semiconductor/technology industry experience, constrained supply planning, allocation management, AI-driven analytics, and early-warning indicators.
