Business Analyst - Expert

Provide a short description of the Position: Business Analyst position to supplement ITS/HESC state staff and will work on Governor, Legislative and Agency priority projects.

Provide a list of the day-to-day tasks to be performed by the Selected Candidate: The consultant will be performing business analysis tasks at an expert level including: - Performing and documenting functional analysis of existing and potential new systems - Leading Business requirements elicitation efforts, documenting and managing results - Testing new systems or fixes and updates to the existing systems - Evaluating existing HESC systems and any existing documentation to develop Business and System Use Cases - Documenting Business and System Use Cases, Business Requirements documents, Test Plans, Test cases - Mentoring staff on the creation of system artifacts including but not limited to; Business and System Use Cases, Business Requirements documents, Test Plans, Test Cases
