Location: Weehawken, NJ — 3 Days Work from Office
Duration: 6 Months
Salary Range: $42.00 - $42.00/Hour on W2 (Without Benefits).Applicants must be willing to work on W2
Role Overview- We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with deep expertise in Equity Plan Administration (EPA) and Financial Reporting to support a strategic initiative for a leading global financial institution.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge in employee equity compensation programs and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology organizations to drive solution design and delivery.

Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Equity Plan Administration and Record Keeping functions.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams.
- Translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Support solution design, validation, testing, and implementation activities.
- Partner with development teams utilizing Oracle, Azure, and UI technologies to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive stakeholder discussions, requirements walkthroughs, and solution reviews.
- Assist with financial and regulatory reporting requirements related to equity compensation programs.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve business and technical issues.
- Support data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting activities.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Strong domain expertise in Equity Plan Administration, Record Keeping, Employee Stock Plans, or Equity Compensation platforms.
- Experience with Financial Reporting processes supporting equity administration.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with technical teams across Oracle, Azure, and UI-based application environments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Knowledge of IFRS 2, ASC 718, RSUs, Stock Options, ESPP, and related equity compensation processes.
- Experience in Banking, Capital Markets, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
- Prior experience supporting large-scale transformation or modernization programs.
- Experience working with global delivery and vendor management models.
Top 3 Required Skills:- Deep experience in Equity Plan Administration (EPA), Record Keeping, Stock Plan Administration, or Employee Equity Compensation platforms.
- Strong Financial Reporting and Regulatory Reporting knowledge related to equity compensation and employee stock plans.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams with experience in Oracle, Azure, and modern UI-based platforms.
Top 3 Preferred Skills- Experience supporting large financial institutions or wealth management organizations such as UBS, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, Schwab, BNY Mellon, or similar firms.
- Knowledge of IFRS 2, ASC 718, Employee Stock Purchase Plans (ESPP), RSUs, Stock Options, and equity compensation accounting.
- Experience working in global delivery models and coordinating with third-party vendors and offshore development teams.
Years of Experience:- Must Have 7+ years in Business Analysis.
- Must Have 7+ years in Database Technology.
- Must Have 7+ years in Requirements Engineering.
