Business Analyst (Enterprise Risk Management)

Salary range: $105,000 to $125,000/Annum + benefits

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Role: Business Analyst

Experience: 5-8 years preferred

Domain: Banking / Financial Services

Area: Enterprise Management

• Strong Banking domain knowledge, particularly in Risk and Compliance, with experience translating business and regulatory requirements into functional requirements.
• Strong Business Analysis and requirement management experience.
• Strong understanding of banking / financial-services business processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience creating BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and UAT artifacts.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and technical-writing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience with Visio is desirable.
