Job Title: Business Analyst Data Center & Cloud Migration
Location: Torrance - California
(Hybrid 4 days onsite)
Job Type: Contract
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Data Center Migration, Infrastructure Transformation, and Cloud Modernization initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience- 8 - 10 years of Business Analysis experience within Infrastructure, Cloud, or Data Center Transformation programs.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
- Strong understanding of Data Center Migration, Consolidation, and Modernization projects.
- Experience working with Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security, Application, and Business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and migration trackers.
- Experience coordinating UAT, validation activities, cutover readiness, and business sign-offs.
- Strong experience in data validation, reconciliation, and post-migration verification.
- Ability to identify and mitigate migration risks and business impacts.
- Experience preparing executive dashboards, governance reports, and program status updates.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
