IDR is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in the Dallas, Texas area. This role is integral to a large-scale ERP transformation, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners.
Position Overview for the Business Analyst:
- Play a key role in a large-scale ERP transformation initiative.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and improve core business processes.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
- Support solution design, user acceptance testing, and successful business adoption.
- Focus on streamlining operations across multiple functional areas to drive efficiency and modernization.
Requirements for the Business Analyst:
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst delivering complex ERP transformation programs.
- Infor CloudSuite Distribution Enterprise is preferred, but experience with D365, Epicor, SAP, or another major ERP is also relevant.
- 2+ years of experience in Supply Chain and warehouse environments.
- Proficient documentation experience within Jira.
- Experience working with global stakeholders across various business units..
