Job Summary We are seeking an experienced
Business Analyst to support a large-scale process automation and systems transformation program. The BA will analyze manual workflows across multiple enterprise systems and translate operational knowledge into clear automation requirements.
Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder interviews and process observations to capture undocumented business knowledge.
- Map manual processes, decision logic, routing rules, escalations, and exceptions.
- Classify process steps as system automation, AI-driven decisions, or human exceptions.
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Create and manage Agile backlogs and user stories using BMAD.
- Own UAT, including test case creation, execution, defect validation, and sign-off.
- Review API specifications and event-flow diagrams to identify requirement gaps.
- Provide weekly status updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders across US/India time zones.
Required Skills- 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in process automation or systems transformation.
- Strong experience with requirements elicitation, process mapping, and automation analysis.
- Hands-on UAT ownership — writing, executing, and signing off test cases.
- Good knowledge of BMAD, Agile backlog management, and user story authoring.
- Ability to understand API specifications and event-flow diagrams.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Coppell, TX.
