Position: Business Analyst

Looking for BA with waterfall experience and specifically for an HR project.
Perhaps look for profiles with actual experience in HR projects
Required :
8+ years' experience in business analysis discipline
Proven experienced in requirements elicitation for a variety of projects and from various levels and business functions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experienced in creating business and functional requirements.
Experienced in writing user stories.
Experience with waterfall, hybrid, and agile solution development methodologies
Ability to articulate tech jargon and translate tech concepts to business sponsors.

Proficiency with Visio diagrams and decision trees
Experience with SQL
