We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data validation to support data quality and integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience working with relational databases, and the ability to validate data using established business rules in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform data analysis, data modeling, and data validation activities to support business and technical objectives.
Analyze data lineage and apply validation rules to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Kanban environment.
Utilize SQL and Microsoft Excel to analyze, validate, and manage data.
Support data quality initiatives by identifying and resolving data-related issues.
Work with relational databases and contribute to data modeling efforts.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, and data validation projects.
Experience working with JIRA and Agile/Kanban methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data analysis.
Ability to understand data lineage and apply validation rules to maintain data integrity.
Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling concepts, and data quality principles.
