Job Summary:
Compensation: $72,142 - $101,500
The Business Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining data models, business intelligence solutions, reporting platforms, and analytics processes that support financial and operational decision-making. This position reports to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis and works closely with Finance and IT to deliver scalable reporting, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
Responsibilities/Duties:
Business Intelligence & Reporting Development
Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports.
Design, develop, and maintain financial and operational data models.
Deliver ad hoc analysis, business insights, and special projects as needed.
Data Warehouse & Data Management
Collaborate on the development, maintenance, and administration of the enterprise data warehouse.
Monitor and improve reporting platform performance, data quality, and system reliability.
Design, develop, and maintain financial and operational data models.
AI Enablement & Technical Leadership
Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on AI-enabled tools and applications.
Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
Business Partnership & Analytics
Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements, KPIs, and analytical solutions.
Provide data analytics to FP&A and other departments to drive business decisions.
Data Governance, Security & Administration
Administer reporting security, data governance, and access controls.
Documentation, Training & Process Improvement
Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
