Description

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Business Analyst III for a prominent client of ours. This position is located at Cambridge, MA. Details for the position are as follows:

Location: 225 Binney Street, Cambridge, MA 02142
Pay: $90/hr on W2 negotiable
Duration: 15 months
Interview: in-person interview availability

Job Description
Support US Commercial Field Operations technologies, including Veeva CRM, omnichannel platforms, and related field systems.
Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for CRM enhancements, DCR requests, omnichannel initiatives, and field process improvements.
Perform impact analysis, gap assessment, risk analysis, and readiness assessments for system changes, migrations, deprecations, and enhancements.
Support ITSM processes for incidents, service requests, enhancements, and escalations using Jira and established service management workflows.
Support quarterly field alignment activities, including call plan data loads, data validation, territory/account alignment, and operational readiness checks.
Analyze and validate data supporting sales reporting, goal setting, and incentive compensation processes.
Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Field users and coordinate deployment activities for co-commercial partner requests.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience.

Required Skills
5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting commercial, sales, or field-facing technologies required.
Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM required.
Required IT Service Management (ITSM) experience covering incidents, service requests, enhancements, and escalations.
Business requirements gathering and requirements documentation required.
Required Impact analysis, gap analysis, and functional requirements analysis.
Required experience supporting CRM enhancements, field operations, and commercial technology platforms.
Experience with Jira for technology/service management processes required.
Experience with account/territory alignment, call plan data, and sales operations data validation required.

Preferred Skills
SAFe delivery model experience or certification.
Pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, medical device, or regulated healthcare industry experience.
Experience with omnichannel engagement and promotional content workflows.
Experience with data warehouses, reporting platforms, or sales analytics.
Experience supporting co-commercial partner environments and cross-company field technology initiatives.
